Projects have included:

Troubleshooting of faulty system processes, control circuits, analog-to-digital relays and controls, and electronic instrumentation parameters;

Leak detection; Chemical treatment programs; Plant operations; Pump maintenance, repair, and replacement;

System owners’ representative to the U.S. Forest Service to reduce stream erosion, and protection of waterway tributaries.

Consult with private community water systems to provide services as system operator, and solve operations and administrative problems.

Water system owner’s representative during sanitary surveys conducted by NHDES, WSEB, and other system inspections and reviews;

Experience with NH Public Utilities Commission, for site review of privately owned water systems to be taken into receivership.

USEPA and NHDES for all Clean Drinking Water Act issues pertinent to community drinking water systems and site-specific wastewater discharges.

Chain of custody procedures;
Entry supervisor, confined space entries;

Assistance with grant and revolving loan monies, grant and loan writing; writing scopes of work;

Groundwater Discharge Permits;
Consumer Confidence Reports;
